At International Treescapes, LLC, we believe in providing the best service and products to our world-class clientele, and we are looking for personable, energetic individuals to join our team.Our Client Service Specialists will be passionate about partnering with our clients in order to ensure our provision of high quality services, promote closer working relationships, and assess their ongoing needs. You will work in an intimate office environment, performing most of the customer interactions by telephone, and will remain in constant communication with the members of our experienced sales, design and manufacturing teams.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Contact our database of nearly 30 years worth of clients to discuss sales proposals which we provided at their request;
Contact clients towhom we have completed the sale of our amazing horticultural products in the past to ensure that our clients are still as happy as they were when our products first arrived;
Help our clients assess their current needs
Qualifications:
A crystal-clear voice;
Outgoing, friendly personality;
Passion for growth and contributing to "the solution" to any and all obstacles;
Ability to operate a multiline phone system;
Ability to insert and track data using Excel
Additional Qualifications (not mandatory):
Prior experience working in a customer support position;
General Tree, Plant and/or design knowledge;
Experience communicating with customers via telephone;
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
