Store Room Associate - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek Scientific is actively recrutiing for a Store Room Associate for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturer in Broomfield, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain storeroom clean and orderly.
• Receive and stock maintenance material
• Maintain inventory control for all spare parts.
• Integrate parts into inventory by creating new bin locations, entering part information into SAP, and labeling bins.
• Assist in MRO ordering materials.
• Utilize SAP as necessary to perform job functions.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining minimum/maximum inventory levels for spare parts Perform physical inventories for all spare parts (cycle counts).
• Purge obsolete parts from inventory.
• Research alternative suppliers and cost for spare parts.
• Assists maintenance employees and lead operators in retrieving parts needed for maintenance or any other production repairs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management Staff

• The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of previous, relevant experience. Familiarity with OSD equipment preferred. Experience with MRO, BOM's and MRP functionality.

REequired Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to understand various functions of industrial equipment.
• Communication and organizational skills.
• High level of attention to details.
• Knowledge of GMP or other compliance knowledge (Example: OSHA, DEA, FDA, EMEA, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Projects, Excel, CMMS Database knowledge, SAP or Maximo is a plus.
• Work independently and as a team player.

Physical Demands:

• The position requires depth perception. (peripheral, distance, close vision)
• Ability to lift 10 to 25 pounds
• Ability to talk, hear reach with hand & arms
• Ability to stand for extended period of time
• Keywords MRO, MRP, CMMS, BOM

Education:

• The position requires a high school diploma/GED but some college is prefffered.
