Our logistics client is seeking an immediate billing administrator to assist with accounts receivable for the entire department. They are seeking an entry-level Business gradutate seeking a long-term administrative AP/AR position, or an experienced AR specialist.
Responsibilities
- -Entering Data from clients to generate invoices for payments.
- -Follow up via phone/email for collections of payments
- -Submitting aging reports to clients when past due
- -Customer Service focused internally and externally with a great attitude and willingness to learn!
- -Great with MS Office skills and Data Entry
- -Will report to Operations Manager but will assist multiple people with billing/payments in the office - TEAM PLAYER NEEDED!
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Degree with 3+ years of billing/accounting/customer service experience required
- Preferred Associates or Bachelors degree with 0-2 years of billing/accounting experience
- Willingness/interest to learn about the Freight Forwarding industry
