Production Operator

Operate all automatic machinery that would include mixers, blenders, dumping systems, etc.
Must fill out and complete documentation required (i.e. - sanitation schedule, downtime, production report, dleaning log, and weight checks.)
Must be responsible for the overall quality of the line.
Must provide direction for associates on the line, to maximize quality, safety and efficiencies.
Follow all Company Sop's
Follow all Company GMP's
