About this job
Our client is looking to add an Assistant Superintendent to their team. They are a large general contractor that services Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. They work on ground up assisted living, multifamily residential and commercial retail projects.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years in a construction management role.
- Experience working on group-up construction projects.
- Experience working on assisted living, multifamily residential and commercial retail projects.
- Working in a team environment.
- Project background between $20-40 Million.
- This person does not need a MA CSL but it would be a plus.
