Recovery/Collection Agent

As a Recovery Agent, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, resolving billing issues, and calling on defaulted 61+ DPD accounts with the goal of curing or settling the outstanding balance owed. Additional responsibilities include taking phone payments, making outbound payment reminder calls, following up on questions and answers in reference to disputes, skip tracing and reviewing and sending appropriate letters to the defaulted customers through our proprietary software.
