Production Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

A reputable company in the Roane County area is currently hiring for an experienced production supervisor. This position offers a competitive salary and a full benefits package.

Daily responsibilities will include the following:

-Provide Operators, Process Technicians and Packers with their daily line assignment.
-Request any required packaging and raw material.
-Ensure proper labor utilization.
-Monitor order quantities and changeovers for accuracy and completeness.
-Interpret schedules, packaging and product specifications to employees.
-Inform the Technical team, crew leader, and quality assurance when a changeover is scheduled to occur.
-Twice per shift, inspect the labels and packaging that the packers are using to ensure that they are correct.
-Complete stock transfers to finished good tickets as necessary.
-Enter daily production numbers, KRONOS entries, and requirement sheet entries into the proper database

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (strongly preferred)
3-5 years related experience
Ability to work a 1st or 2nd shift 
Experience supervising 30+ employees
