Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated people who are passionate about providing guests outstanding dining experiences within the restaurant. You will greet customers, help guests decide on food orders, and prepare breakfast, lunch and/or dinner decisions for the Jason's Deli Fan.
Jason's Deli Crew Member performs all positions to include but not limited to, Sandwich maker, order taker, cashier, oven person, end person, back line maker, bus person, dishwasher, meat slicer, catering prep, bread prep, recipe person, project person, and bus/dish set-up.
The Crew member conducts payment transactions with customers, count change correctly, handle, organize and balance money and credit card charge slips, answers the telephone, and verifies and reconciles their cash drawers.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to memorize prices and menu abbreviations
* Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
* Must be able to perform basic math; multiplication, division, addition and subtraction
* Ability to stand long periods of time
* Able to lift 50lbs.
Education and Experience:
* High school or equivalent
* Previous restaurant and cash handling experience
