Data Entry Clerk

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Data Entry Clerk.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower is currently hiring a Data Entry Clerk for one of our clients in Memphis, TN!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ideal candidate for this position will provide error free data entry.

Acquires knowledge and understanding of client product coverage and must adhere to departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while maintaining a professional and businesslike relationship with both internal and external customers.

Assists customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures and contract coverage.

Explains and upholds contract coverage to customers and/or contractors.

Follows up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved.

Maintains current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs and completes required continuing education courses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Customer service experience and/or training preferred

Candidate must be a quick learner and manage multiple databases.

Provides every customer with the best possible service experience.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Location: Memphis, TN 38120

Length of Contract: Five months

Schedule: 8 Hours/Day, 5 Days/Week
