Bilingual Call Center Representative
Position: Claims Processing Agent (Bilingual/Spanish) (In-Bound Contact Center Rep)
Full-Time / TEMP to HIRE position
Hours of Operation: Contact Center is open 7 days week,
Open 6am to 11pm, (work 8 hrs a day / 5 days a week) Probable Overtime available
Work schedules rotates every 2 weeks, schedules are received 2 weeks in advance
Pay Rate: $13.00hr (Will handle primarily all Spanish calls)
Location: near De Zavala and I-10.

Position Overview:
Claims Agents are responsible for claims management, billing and inquiry services to policy holders of our insurance and warranty replacement products. The most qualified applicants and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and are particularly adept at quickly determining the needs of our customer to ensure timely, accurate resolution.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for filing insurance and warranty claims using proprietary adjudication platform;
Respond to inquiries regarding products, services and solutions;
Provides detailed information about subscriber coverage's, claim status and billing;
Analyzes inquires to determine appropriate action to ensure accurate and timely resolution;
Maintains working knowledge of products/ programs, policy and processes, as well as established rules, procedures and regulatory requirements;
Provides explanation to claims process, outcomes and replacement processes;
Responsible for processing claims and basic inquiries
Requirements:
Call Center Customer Service experience is preferred;
Property and casualty claims processing experience is a plus;
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Spanish.
Critical ability to keep pace with a highly active environment of change;
Able to multi‐task with phone calls while processing and documenting work;
Provide professional, courteous and friendly customer service consistently;
Must be able to work as part of a team, and think on your feet;
Possesses ability to learn quickly and retain high‐volume of information;
Ability to adapt to changing needs and circumstances
EducationHS Diploma or GED (preferred)
