A successful Sales Coordinator will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University.
- 2-3 plus years of sales assistance experience preferred
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent computer skills.
- MS office experience.
- Solid foundation in media math preferred.
- Team oriented and strong multi-tasking skills.
- Bilingual speaker preferred
This position is a temporary opening to cover the leave of a team member. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for daily account management and support to the General Manager of the Latino/ International Advertising Sales team and the Account Executives.
Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:
- Support the Latino/ International Ad Sales team in all aspects of the sales process; order entry, client follow-up, account management.
- Receivable management, client billing, and contract compliance.
- Maintain timely, detailed knowledge with respect to competing products and platforms.
- Department liaison across all groups inside the organization.
