A successful Sales Coordinator will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University.
  • 2-3 plus years of sales assistance experience preferred
  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent computer skills.
  • MS office experience.
  • Solid foundation in media math preferred.
  • Team oriented and strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Bilingual speaker preferred

This position is a temporary opening to cover the leave of a team member. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for daily account management and support to the General Manager of the Latino/ International Advertising Sales team and the Account Executives.

 

Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

  • Support the Latino/ International Ad Sales team in all aspects of the sales process; order entry, client follow-up, account management.
  • Receivable management, client billing, and contract compliance.
  • Maintain timely, detailed knowledge with respect to competing products and platforms.
  • Department liaison across all groups inside the organization.
