 The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for creating the reports and performing the analytics necessary to provide recommendations and action plans to exceed client and program requirements.

Other responsibilities will include:

-Create Reports using Excel, Access or SQL.
-Firm understanding of the program requirements, operating procedures, and exception processing in order to provide recommendations for operational action plans.
-Provide support for both short and long term operational/ business strategies.
-Work collaboratively with business and function owners on solutions and progress tracking.

OFFICE FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE LOCATED IN BRENTWOOD, TN.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree preferred.
-At least 2 years of experience in a role driving and supporting projects in a large organization.
-Experience with capacity planning, production management and analytical reporting required.
-At least 2 years experience in finance or operations.
-Ability to produce within a fast paced, matrixed organization with limited direction.
-Demonstrated ability leading and delivering high quality, and client communication.
-Proficiency with Word and PowerPoint REQUIRED;advanced Excel skills REQUIRED.
-Proficiency with Access, Sequel, Visio a plus.
