The Associate Employee Installation Specialist will be
responsible to support the accurate and timely implementation of state and
product compliant employer and member SBC documents. Major responsibility
includes but is not limited to testing SBC templates to support new plans and
products to meet compliance requirements. Must have strong interpersonal and
communication skills (oral and written). Must be results oriented, self-starter
with a can-do attitude and strong organizational skills, the flexibility to
manage multiple priorities and projects, deliver on commitments and proactively
seek opportunities to contribute to the success of the team and business.



Requirements

Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED with 5 years of equivalent working experience.
  • 1+ year of Office or Customer Service experience analyzing and solving customer problems that includes researching, identifying root causes, and resolving issues.
  • Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Windows, which includes the ability to learn new and complex system applications
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Outlook mail and calendar, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to record progress of testing activities daily and report the status
  • Adopt and adhere to best practices, processes and procedures, tools and standards as applicable
Assets:
  • Healthcare experience is a Plus
  • Previous experience with Quality Assurance
  • Bachelor's Degree

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to effectively create and present quality data and findings
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, and long periods working at a computer
  • Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers and floor activity
