Job Description:
The Compensation Consultant will assist in the development, planning, administration, and implementation of company's Compensation programs, including salary planning, budgeting, short and long-term cash incentives and policy administration.

In partnership with the local HR Team, this position will support the compensation initiatives, the HR component of payroll administration, merit performance management and the compensation portion of appraisal process/practices, management and maintenance of corporate compensation and equity plans, policy management, and process adherence. Position also assures federal and state compliance in related areas.

Responsibilities include:
* Ensures US compensation plan is executed in conjunction with company U.S. and Global HR. Leads the grading process for new and expanded positions.
* Conducts Job Analysis to assure the compensation rates for new, expanded and existing jobs attract and retain qualified employees, are competitive with external market rates and internally equitable.
* Provides design expertise and over sight to incentive pay programs. (Sales as well as team incentives.
* Generates ad hoc and scheduled reports to track HR metrics and for local and company corporate use.
* Day to day responsibility for compensation inquiries and reports.
* Acts as liaison for compensation portion of annual performance review planning and process.
* The position will lead the company's participation in US salary surveys for total remuneration administration.
* Assures compliance with all laws and regulations regarding pay and benefits.
* Assist and advise Managers on compensation-related issues. Participate in the administration of stock plans as required.
* Payroll interface and HR system maintenance.
* May lead/direct/and participate in the work of other team members or project teams and other duties as assigned.
