Billing Analyst I - Full-time / Part-time

Sping, TX (Northwest Housotn)

Hrs. are 7:30am - 4:30pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Looking to fill for someone to take on are Daily Bill Audit. This will take the majority of the day for the analyst.

Job Description
- Approve billing for standard accounts
- Resolve issues related to billing generation
- Ensure quality control of bills being generated by system
- Send bills to outsourced mailing company
- Verify that all bills have been mailed
- Make adjustments to standard accounts

* MS Excel knowledge

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience preferred
• Experience in MS Office Suites preferred
• Experience in Energy specific industry preferred
• Knowledge of REP, ERCOT and/or TDSP standards preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Degree required
