Our Client, a Healthcare Company in the Doral, Florida area is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bilingual- Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Must have at least 2+ years of call center experience.
  • Healthcare call center experience is a plus!
  • Education: High School or GED.
  • Computer Skills: Must be a proficient typist and able to maneuver through various computer platforms while verifying demographic information on all calls.
  • Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends.
