A manufacturing company in Chandler, AZ is hiring for a Service Coordinator to start immediately.

Pay: $14/hour

Start: ASAP

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2+ years of call center experience.
  • Must be able to work M-F, 8am-5pm.
  • High school diploma, or it's equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and organization skills.
  • Computer skills-Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable working in a small office environment.

Job Description:

  • Provide quality customer service and customer care in support for company's customer base.
  • Process and review service requests in a timely fashion.
  • Communicate professionally with company's external customers and internal customers regarding product and business issues.
  • Support the customer service process by working extensively with Outside Sales Representatives, Production personnel, and Scheduling.
