Our team, Training Delivery, is part of Sales Operations and support Retail and TPR Sales. Our larger team is comprised of a team of approximately 50 Field Trainers, a team of 7 Virtual Trainers, and a small Reporting and Analytics team. Our team interfaces cross-functionally with other teams in support of Sales Readiness for new hires and any training programs that are launched to our sales force. Our interns will be part of a major launch that will change how we train our new hires in our largest markets. We will be rolling out a number of Training Centers where dedicated trainers will execute the onboarding of our new Retail stores hires in 2-week long courses The Program Manager Intern will provide tactical, operational, and strategic support for assigned program(s). Work closely with members of the Programs team, collaboratively, and cross-functionally with key stakeholders and leadership.Enterprise Core CompetenciesRequires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.Essential Functions*Serves as a key point of contact for assigned program(s); provides support and helps to drive continuous process improvement*Supports communication with users, key stakeholders and leadership regarding program-related issues, enhancements, etc., as required*Helps define, communicate and analyze reporting, metrics and measurements; assist in determining ROI and making recommendations to the business*Contributes to the strategic direction for assigned program(s) to continuously improve customer experience*Supports design and deployment of user training related to assigned program(s)

Pursuing Undergraduate degreeSuccessful completion of coursework/Major in Business, Marketing or Communications*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point*Demonstrated analytical skills, including ability to extract and evaluate data and identify areas for further analysis*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident presentation and persuasion skillsDesired*Proven ability to formulate sound conclusions and recommend optimal course of action based on analysisAdditionalLocation: Bellevue, WATimeframe: Summer 2015 (Start June) for 12 weeksCandidates should have background experience, skills, and/or education appropriate to position description.
