Sales Operations Services is designed to create, support, engage and leverage every capability where we interact, transact and drive sales. We ensure that the field has a voice in all that we do. Our teams work in partnership with each other and with our Field Service Center partners to deliver the execution with excellence in support of our T-Mobile strategy.
  • Utilize adult learning principles in training design
  • Use project management principles to ensure comprehensive execution of training design project
  • Develop materials for instructor-led, virtual, e-learning or mobile learning (e.g, objectives, instructor and participant materials, job aids, reinforcement materials)
  • Design, conduct and analyze surveys, tests, interviews, focus groups, observation procedures, sampling techniques, and reports to determine training needs
  • Interview subject matter experts and target audiences to determine performance gap and scope
  • Prepare a comprehensive training plan to meet the learning need
  • Manage content review process which includes: validating learning objective, incorporating changes as needed into materials, and course effectiveness
  • Coordinate implementation of newly developed curriculum with internal customers, training delivery partners and management

    Pursuing undergraduate degreeSuccessful completion of coursework or Major in Instructional Design, Instructional Education, Graphic DesignQualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Adhere to established work standards to ensure best in class training deliverables
  • Basic project management and planning skills
  • Intermediate skills in e-learning tools such as Adobe Captivate or equivalent softwareAdditionalLocation: Bellevue, WATimeframe: Summer 2015 (Start June) for 12 weeksCandidates should have background experience, skills, and/or education appropriate to position description. Candidates must be currently enrolled in school or post-graduation of twelve months. Background checks are required for interns.
