Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- Handle Day-to-Day operation (phone calls, emails, data entry, follow-up, etc.)
- Process orders and shipments (get LTL freight quote and order confirmation)
- Updates and maintains various customer/ order information
- Keeps track and updates products information with customers
- Generates standard and ad hoc reports as required.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be detail-oriented, high accuracy
- Have experience in related customer service/ pre-sales and post-sales service
- B2B Experience
- Have exceptional communication skills with the ability to follow established guidelines and to handle difficult, demanding customers.
- Friendly yet professional
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
