Maintenance
Principle duties & responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain a variety of mechanical and manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Read and understand diagrams, sketches operation manuals
- Basic knowledge of engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems
- Identify and resolve problems before they become costly and unmanageable
- Maintain plant facilities and equipment
- Self-motivated with high energy
- Value teamwork and the skills necessary to be an effective team member
- Passion for quality workmanship
- Required to maintain certifications of plant safety and housekeeping practices
- Other duties as necessary
