Spanish Call Center Research Interviewer - Part-time  (PM Shift).



Position Overview:



We are now hiring enthusiastic Spanish Research Interviewers to join our Call Center. If skillful persuasion is second nature to you and you have the ability to motivate, then tune into this exciting opportunity with Nielsen.



Nielsen Research Interviewers are responsible for placing outbound telephone calls to households across the United States to gain cooperation to participate in a survey or recruit them to participate in a Diary, Panel, or by placing additional calls to client-specific studies.



This position could also be responsible for conducting reminder calls to respondents.

General Schedule Requirements:



* One weekend shift required (Saturday)



* 5 shifts per week



* 25 hours per week (PT)

Specific Hiring/Class Schedule:



* Start Date: Tuesday, March 22, 2016



* Class Schedule: Tuesday thru Friday/6:00p.m. - 10:30p.m. & Saturday/.12:00 p.m. - 4: 30 p.m.



* Work Schedule: Tuesday thru Friday/6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. & Saturday/10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.



QUALIFICATIONS:



* High School diploma or equivalency



6 months previous Call Center Experience + an additional 6 months in sales, customer service, collections, etc.)



* Ability to persuade/convince



* Ability to overcome objection



* Clear speaking voice



* Computer and typing skills (data entry)



* Adaptable and embraces change



* Reading ability



* Excellent communication skills



* Fluent in the English Language & Spanish (Read and speak)

Position Accountabilities:



* Deliver verbatim scripts



* Persuade reluctant respondents to cooperate



* Accurately code phone calls



* Must be receptive to coaching/feedback



* Follow strict guidelines for obtaining consistently unbiased data



* Maintains confidentiality of procedures, scripts and respondent information at all times.



* Actively listening and engaging with the respondents



* Maintaining customer service levels & telephone techniques at all times



* Ability to arrive to work on time, and as scheduled, in order to adhere to assigned work schedule and meet team goals



Physical Requirements:



* Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist and turn



* Ability to use a phone or headset



* Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator



* Work environment is indoors, majority of time is spent sitting at a desk
