**Position Title: Passenger Service Assistant/Non Commissioned Officers/ Aircraft Waste Management Drivers
Reports To: Supervisor / Shift Manager

Employee is responsible for assisting and transporting airline passengers requiring wheelchair assistance at the Airport. Must be able to assist in lifting passengers in excess of 75 pounds

Specific Duties / Essential Job Functions: (Other duties may be assigned.)
* Responsible for transporting passengers needing wheelchair assistance both inside and outside the airport terminal.
* Assist in lifting passengers requiring assistance in and out of carts and/or aircraft passenger seats.
* Effectively operate current technology required to track and process work orders.
* Identify the needs of customer and discuss with the best possible option for their comfort while being transported in the chair.
* Perform equipment Pre-Ops check at the beginning of the shift in accordance with the Environmental Safety & Health manual.
* Adhere to all ADA and Air Carrier Access Act non-discrimination requirements.
* Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
* Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.

**Position Title: Baggage Agent

General Responsibilities: Repetitive Lifting
Responsible for assisting airline passengers with proper handling, processing and transportation of their luggage.
General Duties / Basic Job Functions: (Other duties may be assigned.)
* Meet all arrivals and assist passengers at baggage claim
* Carrying or otherwise transporting passenger luggage to and from the outside sidewalk or main entrance of the airport and the inside ticket counter.
* Assist in proper handling of oversized luggage, kennels and skis.
* Ensure passenger luggage is placed on the belt within the designated time frame.
* Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
* Adhere to all hazardous materials handling requirements.
* Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
* Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

Overall:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must submit to and pass a drug screen.
Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successful completion of a background check and ten-year work history.

**Position Title: Lavatory Service Agent/ Must be 21 yrs, Drivers License Required
Department: Lavatory Services

General Responsibilities:
Employee is responsible for servicing various aircraft lavatory & water systems.

Specific Duties / Essential Job Functions: (Other duties may be assigned.)
* Operate lavatory/water service vehicles
* Operate aircraft in-plane systems.
* Must be familiar with and follow all Client Policies and Procedures in the servicing of Aircraft lavatories for that particular Client.
* Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
* Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
* Miscellaneous duties as assigned

 The individual may be required to stand, walk, and climb stairs for the majority of the work shift. Individual may be required to lift 50 pounds or more for the majority of the work shift.
* The work environment has a moderate to high noise level.
* Employees are exposed to a variety of weather conditions as they travel to and from aircraft on the ramp.
