Team Leader needed for a small, independently owned coffee drive thru located across from Tusculum College. Our goal is to serve 'real', fresh roasted coffee to our community. We believe in hard work and the American dream. From our commuters to our walk up college students, we bring warm, fun, personal service and great prodcuts to keep their day brewing!
The Team Leader will be resposnsible for maintaining and managing daily store operations for the owner operators. This will include interaction with customers and employees, preparation of drinks and baked goods, cleaning, and maintaining inventory daily. All the while, implementing our core values into the work day to assure that our level of quality service is met.
Our Basic Qualifications:
Team Leader position must have the availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility including weekends, nights and early mornings. Team Leader needs to have excellent attendance and punctuality. The ideal candidate will have one year fast food experience and at least one year in management overseeing a staff of at least 5 to 10 people, with experience that required constant interaction with customers. This position is preferred to have at least one year of education beyond a high school diploma or GED.
Required knowledge and Abilities:
Team Leader needs to have the ability to manage and maintain operations in a fast paced environment, with excellent multitasking skills. You will need interpersonal skills, knowledge and experience of a point of sale system, and experience with customer service techniques. Team Leader will need to possess strong team building skills, ability to coach and train others, and strong problem solving skills. Team Leader position will physically require standing for long periods of time, bending, stooping, using a ladder, lifting 30 pounds, and moving in small areas. Team Leader will also be required to have versatile use of hands, as daily demands will include continual, intermittent rotation and flexing of wrist.
