About this job
Maintenance Contractor needed for Edmond and surrounding area.
Necessary skills include but are not limited to: plumbing, painting, sheetrock, tile setting, electrical, remodeling, and make ready.
Candidates must be self-motivated, energetic, detail oriented and thorough. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years prior maintenance experience in the multi-family industry or in residential make ready and repair.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of verifiable work history with excellent interpersonal and strong customer service skills. A valid driver's license, reliable truck with insurance, and tools are required. Must have a professional appearance, and be able to pass a background screening
Also must be available to work 8:30A.M to 5:30 P.M. Monday through Friday and be on- call nights, weekends and holidays as needed for emergencies. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
