Job Description:
High volume independent German car (Mercedes, BMW and Audi) repair shop located in Bellevue, Washington seeking a highly motivated, certified Service Manager/Advisor with a minimum of 4 years' experience working with German cars.
Required Skills and Qualities:
Must have excellent communications and problem solving skills
Ability to upsell on all makes and models as required to meet sales goals
Must be highly motivated, a self-starter and fast learner
Exhibit a passion for the industry and leading edge shop technology
Reliable, high energy, ability to multi-task and work as a team
Experience working in a busy high volume independent repair shop
Experience with manufacturer warranty's and independent extended warranty policies and procedures
Exhibit a high level of commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Parts ordering knowledge using WORLDPAC a plus...
Excellent Benefits:
