Currently looking for part time leadership and team development facilitators for contract work in the Minneapolis - St. Paul area .
ABOUT US:
We are a soft skills training company that provides team building and professional development workshops to clients across the United States, Europe and the Caribbean. We offer workshops on DiSC personality styles, relational sales, problem solving, trust, communications, corporate leadership, presentation skills, and conflict management. In addition to professional development sessions, we deliver charity team building workshops that enable companies to give back and create positive change in communities.
ABOUT YOU:
Looking for facilitators with a strong background in corporate training, team building, leadership, facilitation, experiential learning and the corporate environment. Our clients are the F100 and you need to understand and speak their language. Some of our programs are fun and high energy, but most of our clients are looking for more than that. Our facilitators are skilled at listening to the client's desired outcomes and having the flexibility during the program to make midcourse adjustments to make sure those goals are met. It is not about your agenda and your material being delivered; we place importance on the client's goals being met.
We are a training company that practices what we preach which includes solid internal communication skills and we strive for low drama in a friendly environment. Why teach clients high performance team skills and not live them ourselves?
This position does not involve selling at all. When a workshop is contracted we will hand it over to you for delivery. We maintain a pretty hands-off approach and trust that you have experience and skill to deliver, and much of our growth has been based on repeat business. At the same time, we have a system of support available when you need it.
