Administrative Accounting Clerk
Now hiring an Administrative Accounting Clerk for an innovative, industry-leading manufacturing company in Sanford! Put your problem solving and communication skills to use while getting your foot in the door at a growing company!
Your duties may include:
*Matching checks to paid invoices
*Accounts receivable invoicing and collections
*Maintaining vendor and accounts payable files
*Monitoring and ordering office supplies
*Distributing mail
*Assisting with other tasks as requested
The successful candidate will:
*Have related work experience
*Have good computer skills, especially with MS Word and Excel
*Be detail oriented and well organized
*Possess strong verbal communication skills
*Be able to work independently
*Have completed some college (preferred)
This is a full time, long term position with a 1st shift, Monday-Friday schedule.
