Manpower has a full-time, Assistant Recruiter position located in our Tacoma WA office. You will enjoy a stable, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm schedule and start between $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. As a valued member of our team, you will be a driving force for keeping potential candidates satisfied. You are responsible for greeting and prescreening potential candidates to determine Manpower employment eligibility. You'll make visitors feel welcome and comfortable. You're a people-person extraordinaire. Because multi-tasking is a way of life, you will manage the process to move eligible candidates forward in the employment and onboarding process. This process includes interviewing and coordinating interviews, directing candidates to complete necessary assessments, screenings and any remaining onboarding activities. Your attention to detail and organizational abilities will help you achieve success. This role is a high volume position that requires a strong emphasis on customer service, detailed administrative work as well as ability to follow through on tasks in a timely manner.
