Manpower is hiring for Technicians/Testers for a manufacturing company in Greene, NY. These positions are set to start immediately and last until June or July. Hours are Saturday and Sunday 7am-5:30pm. Pay for the position is $12.00 per hour.
Duties include:
*Setting up/operating test equipment, vehicles, prototypes or product for standard tests
*Assembles, repairs or installs standard equipment or parts requiring simple wiring, soldering, connecting, drilling, tapping or riveting.
*Assists in the assembly and repair of equipment for new or unusual tests.
*Records test data.
Requirements:
*Experience operating a forklift, farm equipment, tractors, 4 wheelers or any other type of machinery.
*A technical/mechanical background
*Some computer knowledge and knowledge of Excel.
*Ability to lift, stand, push for 10 hours per day.
*Must be reliable
