Requirements:
1. One year customer service experience
2. Good computer skills - type 30 wpm
3. Work well in fast pace environment
4. Strong verbal and written skills
5. Positive attitude and self starter :)
Duties:
1. Take inbound calls
2. Assist customers with ordering (sizes, colors customization)
3.Stay well organized and detail oriented
4. Listen to customer and assess their needs
Pay rate: $12/hour
Position starts mid-March
Paid training (1 week)
Shifts/hours: Monday-Friday/ hours vary
