Position Summary
Assistant Managers lead their restaurant teams and maintain the environment and culture in the restaurant at all times, particularly when the general manager is not on duty. They assist the general manager in creating a work environment that is fun, engaging for the team, and that recognizes and rewards high performance. Assistant Managers inspire, coach and develop each member of their team to grow to their full potential. The assistant manager helps set clear direction and expectations so every team member knows exactly what is expected of them. In addition, they continuously strive to remove all obstacles that prevent the team from achieving proper execution of our standards and specifications.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Assistant Manager position will:

• Have a minimum of 1 year full service management experience
• Be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Love being around people
• Be able to work nights, weekends and long shifts
• Have a passion for the restaurant industry
