General Manager

Genghis Grill is the fastest growing build-your-own stir-fry chain in the United States. We are well known for our fresh, hot and healthy food, and for our fun style of service. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, team oriented individuals who share our passion for hospitality.

Position Summary
General Managers lead their restaurant teams and maintain the environment and culture in the restaurant at all times. They create a work environment that is fun, engaging for the team, and that recognizes and rewards high performance. General Managers inspire, coach and develop each member of their team to grow to their full potential. They set clear direction and expectations so every team member knows exactly what is expected of them. In addition, they continuously strive to remove all obstacles that prevent the team from achieving proper execution of our standards and specifications.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the General Manager position will:

• Have a minimum of 1-3 years full service general management experience
• Be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Love being around people
• Be able to work nights, weekends and long shifts
• Have a passion for the restaurant industry
