Growing Elizabethtown, KY company seeks self motivated Maintenance Technician.
- Will repaired and maintain the following: Extrusion Molding equipment and processes, HVAC and building Maintenance, Conveyors, wrapping and strapping machines, hot oil system, pumps, motors and drives.
- Experienced in welding, electrical repair, mechanical repair, installation.
- Knowledge sets include: Air compressors, Blueprint Reading, Electrical Wiring, Gas welding or brazing or cutting apparatus, HVAC, Hydraulics, Microsoft Office software.
- Navigate and understand basic PLC programs able to read logic and able to perform basic trouble shooting and perform program adjustments as required.
- Maintain hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, gas equipment, HVAC, AC/DC systems.
- Take apart and reassemble equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Check performance of machinery and equipment.
- Install and repair wiring.
- Perform electrical repair and maintenance.
- Maintain pipe systems and plumbing.
- Diagnose mechanical problems.
- Read and use blueprints, manuals, work orders, schematics, technical drawings, catalogs.
- Record all work activities and costs.
- Basic working computer knowledge.
- Must be willing to follow Safety policies and procedures and wear required PPE.
- Must maintain a clean safe and productive work are to meet the company standards.
- Must have minimum of 3 years related experience.
- Applicants must have Associates Degree or some college and/or vocational degree.
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts including every other weekend.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- $20- 25/hr.
