Community Service Representative

The Community Service Representative of Tifton, GA will be expected to perform a variety of duties in the marketing of our home care services. The CSR is expected to research and pursue new referral sources and to enhance and maintain existing referral sources. This position will begin as a part time position at 20/25 hours per week. It will become a full time position as the office grows in volume.

Primary Duties:

• Research and identify sources for client referrals
• Make contact with referral providers in person according to established goals. This will include intro calls, info calls, one on one meetings or group presentations using video and print material to educate and inform them on available services
• Research, schedule and successfully execute regular community marketing events including both health fairs, Senior Expos and any other events that would promote our service to the general public.
• Follow up on all referral provider contacts with appropriate correspondence such as thank you notes

Secondary Duties:

• Conduct service calls as needed
• Conduct client/CAREGiver introductions
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) visits with clients
• Participate in all quarterly CAREGiver meetings

Qualifications:

• Minimum (2) years related experience
• Minimum (2) years of higher education after high school; (4) years preferred
• Clean background
• Clean MVR
• Pass a Drug Screen
• Willing to work PRN as needed
• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Must be a Resident of Tift County area.
