Sales Specialist

Our Client in Attleboro, MA has an opening for a Sales Specialist. This is an open ended position with the potential to become a permanent position for the right Candidate. The pay rate is $14.00/hr to $16.50/hr depending upon experience The Sales Specialist role is a multifunctional position responsible for all general office management activities together with assigned sales support responsibilities Responsibilities are managing and execution of all general office activities, including but not limited to: Answer phones, order supplies, manage daily schedules, make travel arrangements, plan meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, process expense claims and prepare vacation accrual reports. Also support brand managers by preparing accurate and timely reports and presentations, monitoring customer account trends, sharing insights to customers' activities and other related marketing research activities. *Assist in the quote and price proposal process, and maintain price reports/files *Coordinate with site locations to facilitate on-time shipments, commitment dates, and help resolve issues (quality, pricing, delivery etc.) *Reviews customer reports ensuring follow-up in a timely manner on all issues - Optional to include *Trouble shoot any shipment, invoicing and product quality issues - Optional to include *Works with Director of Sales preparing monthly sales targets and reports *Provides sales analyses to support measurement on overall customer forecast/sales performance *Assist in preparation of business plans, and identify of opportunities to drive business growth *Establish and maintain portfolio of regular reports monitoring market indices and sales performance Position Requirements *In-depth knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint *Have excellent oral and written communication kills *Organized and able to prioritize work *Able to work independently as well as a team member *Prior customer service experience a plus *Minimum of three years of sales and/or business experience (Technical or Engineering degree or relevant internship) *Experience in the semiconductor packaging and test industry (helpful, not essential) Dress code- Business Casual Please submit your resume in a word document attachment for consideration
