SUMMARY:
Human Resources Manager will oversee, guide, manage, and support the administrative HR functions of the company. Job duties include the following:
-Manage the Human Resources Dept.
Recruiting and Staffing
-Performance Management
-Department/Organizational Planning
-Labor and Employee Relations
-Learning and Development
-Implementation/Evaluation of HR Activities
-Supervisor Development
-Employee On-boarding
-Employee Relations
-Overall Adherence to Company HR Policies and Procedures
-2-5 years of Supervisory Experience
-Community Outreach
Skills required for this position:
-Strong Leadership
-Excellent Written/Spoken Communication
-Flexible
-Ability to Multi-Task
-Computer Literate
-Knowledge of Basic HR law and applications desired
Required Education/Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years in Human Resources would be acceptable. SPHR or PHR preferred.
