Hospital Information:
* Number beds: 201 full bed service in an acute care medical center/community hospital.
* Level 3 trauma hospital
ER unit:
* # beds: 15 beds
* # Visits: 65 to 75/ per day
* Type of visits/cases: Everything... Including their fair share of trauma patients: (AMI, CVA, stroke, flu, pneumonia, sepsis, respiratory, GI, GU, overdose, GSW, MVA, falls, stabbings, head injuries, vascular, psychiatric, etc...)
* Staff: do have designated Charge Nurse that takes patients and they use Emergency Techs
Qualifications
* 1 Year of acute hospital experience in the ER--- No exceptions
Compensation Information:
* The salary range for an RN working in our Critical Care Unit is min -$24.00/hrly- $45.00/hrly
* The shift differentials are as follows:
*(evening shift is 3p-11p, the nights 11p-7am)
o Weekday evenings $1.50 per hour
o Weekday nights$4.00 per hour
o Weekend days $2.00 pe hour
o Weekend evenings - $3.50 hour
o Weekend nights - $4.28
* Sign-on Bonus
o Nights - $6000($3000 paid on first check, $3000 at 6 months)
o Days $4000 ($2000 paid on first check, $2000 at 6 months
* Relocation: $5,000.00)
