Call Center Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:

Respond to incoming calls from customers regarding policies, accounts, complaints, and any questions or concern they may have.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service
• High volume inbound and outbound calls
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Microsoft Office
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Data Entry
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to handle escalated calls

Education:

• High school diploma or GED
