Customer Service Representative

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives and Data Entry Clerks in the Wyomissing area. Customer Service Representative are expected to answer telephones calls and satisfy customer when districts experience high call volume after regular business hours. As well as make quality assurance and warranty calls, credit card expiration date calls, and perform general clerical duties when assigned.

Qualifications for the position:

• Must have a customer service background taking where they averaged a minimum of 30-40 calls per day.
• GED or HS Diploma
• Excellent typing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
