Looking for a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Forklift Operator 2nd Shift is 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm Driving a sit down forklift. Pulling and loading freight from bays, railcars, trucks, containers. Fillout out receivers and Reading pick tickets. May require some hand stacking of freight as required. The Lift Operators / Order Builders are responsible for operating power industrial equipment for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting merchandise. The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties in addition to his or her own responsibilities. They are responsible for the accurate storing, shipping and receiving of product to meet company standards of safety, security, and productivity. Must be able work in an environment which is cold in winter and very hot in the summer. Some lifting is required. Must be competent operating Material Handling Equipments, specifically forklifts. Experience operating a box clamp would be helpful. Knowledge of Logistical Supply Chain methods and procedures Knowledge of inventory control. Forklift experience 6months - 1 year min. Must be able to pass written and practical evaluation. Must posses a forklift license and ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different counts and layers.
