We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Service Rep..
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Manpower is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives in Southfield, MI. Our client is looking for candidates that can work as a contract associate
Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8am until 5pm.
Pay Rate - $14
Job duties will consist of, but are not limited to the following:
- Administer the establishment and maintenance of new and existing client accounts
- Facilitates problem resolution, document processing, and branch support
- Follows established procedures to perform routine tasks and receives general guidance and direction to perform a variety of non-routine tasks with limited decision making responsibility
Qualifications:
* Must have 3 - 5 years experience with customer service experience
* Basic Word and Excel knowledge
* Strong written and verbal skills
* Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check
