Summary

Fulfillment Project Coordinator

The Fulfillment Project Coordinator works directly with the Fulfillment Project Manager to coordinate work through the fulfillment center on behalf of our internal and external clients. Position Summary

The Fulfillment Project Coordinator works directly with the Fulfillment Project Manager to coordinate work through the fulfillment center on behalf of our internal and external clients. Will work directly with clients to take direction and understand scope of work and internal team to schedule project work, ensure materials needed for a project have been secured, and maintain spreadsheets and project status reports.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule project work between external clients and internal warehouse staff to include printed materials
  • Maintain spreadsheets and other supporting documents related to fulfillment projects and clients
  • Work with internal team to produce project estimates and quotes based upon client requests
  • Track all costs for printing, labor, shipping materials, and shipping
  • Reconcile project costs against revenue to report gross margin to accounting and management
  • Report cost to management for invoicing
  • Assist warehouse personnel with fulfillment work when need arises

Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience



Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business management, operations or equivalent job-related experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a position that relies heavily on Project Management and Customer Service skill set


Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers

Office / Sedentary Requirements

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
