Is a $200 million dollar regional staffing firm and is looking for a Risk Manager to work in our Corporate Office in Pelham, AL .Job Requirements: Ability to work with minimal supervision Must be proficient in Excel and Word Must be familiar with Windows 7 and Windows XP Process new claims, review accident reports and investigations. Review loss runs and monitor ongoing claims. Work with claims adjusters and outside legal counsel to minimize claim costs. Evaluate overall effectiveness of company risk management programs as compared to national and industry standards. Take appropriate steps to improve deficiencies as needed. Evaluate safety practices of customers and conduct on-site reviews when needed. Conduct training on staff employees on how to complete accident reports and how to do accident investigations.
