Contract Services Consultant - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Contract Services Consultant.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

ManpowerGroup is currently seeking a Contract Services Consultant to help support our client's team in Atlanta, GA. This is a temporary assignment that will last approximately 10 months. The pay rate is $38/hr. Job Description: *Support the development, delivery and measurement of key learning programs to improve performance of the Regional client Enterprise Software sales organization *Working with internal subject matter experts (Sales, Presales, Product Management, Marketing) you will coordinate the development and management of Solution/Industry/Sales Excellence learning content *Align with the Global Content Manager to maintain updated, relevant sales curriculum in the Sales Enablement portal *Maintain close contact and communication with Regional leadership team to ensure understanding of dynamic learning needs based on go-to-market strategy, identified skills gaps, and changing market conditions *Assist with the delivery of behavioral and skills assessments to ensure 100% participation *Collaborate with Regional sales management to prepare and manage role-based learning maps for client Enterprise Software Sales Executives *Align with sales enablement counterparts from client to ensure cross-training of key solution sets *Support and manage the delivery of 2015 key learning programs for the sales organization in the Region *Work with Regional Field Operations, ensure that new hire Sales Executives are equipped with appropriate learning tools, processes and materials for accelerated ramp-up to productivity *Track and provide quarterly updates to Global Sales Enablement regarding performance metrics related to completion of learning requirements Requirements: *High school diploma/GED *Must have direct Sales and/or sales enablement experience *Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills For additional information, please contact amanda.carlsen@manpowergroup.com and in the subject line list the name of the position and its location.
