We have a full-time/part-time opening for a HR Position Available in Huron.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

Manpower is currently looking for an HR assistant for a local company in Huron, SD. As an employee working on location for our client, you'll play an integral role in managing day to day HR tasks and responsibilities. Responsibilities: *Recruiting and staffing such as selection and placement, compliance and new hire paperwork. *Investigating and answering complaints, conflict resolution and employee relations *May be required to work beyond normal work hours based on tasks and projects assigned *Salary and benefits administration including enrollment and processing *Other tasks as assigned Requirements: *Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred *1 to 3 years of progressive HR professional experience with previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred *Knowledge of state and federal laws that influence HR policies and practices *Microsoft Computer skills required (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), HRIS knowledge a plus. This is a full-time temporary position from the beginning of April until the end of July. Compensation for the position varies depending on experience.
