Participate, coordinate and oversee the daily activities required to operate an indoor tannin center. This person will be responsible for meeting and exceeding growth goals by training, motivating and maintaining the necessary sales staff. Focuses will be on customer service, operational standards, building the business and team development. This person will also oversee marketing activities in order to generate customer traffic to meet and exceed sales goals. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Wage:
Base salary + bonuses and additional incentives.

Experience Requirements:
-5 years experience managing a successful team consisting of a minimum of 8 members
-Demonstrated ability to lead team members and motivate them to achieve set store goals.
-Proven sales success and ability to set goals for employees.
-Detail oriented, computer literate, great customer service skills.

Basic Requirements:
-Protect the assets of the company, setting an example by being a role model and leader for all employees.
-Must work at least 40 hours per week.
-No vacation times may be taken during peak season.
-Must have open availability to work.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
-Creates a competitive, exciting teamwork environment for the employees.
-Remain in contact with the salon during non-working hours via the phone and unannounced visits.
-Maintain the functional operation of all salon equipment and insure that all repairs are completed as soon as practical after becoming aware of the problem.
-Participate in the planning and conducting of monthly staff meetings.
-Lead all hiring and HR initiatives for your location.
-Assist in the orientation and training of new employees.
-Responsible for the ongoing process of employee development through continued sales training and mentoring.
-Motivates staff to achieve individual pta/lpta goals and salon monthly sales and membership goals.
-Completes planning, directing and coordinating marketing programs.
-Confers with corporate/owner to identify, plan and develop methods to obtain greater efficiency, which includes increasing sales, operational functions and corporate regulations
