About this job

We have a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated person to become the Sous Chef at Oxbow Country Club.
This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in leading, developing and directing culinary operations of the restaurant as well as banquets. Other areas of focus are guest service, menu development
The position requires excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. We seek an individual who can provide results while simultaneously working independently and within a team environment.

Ability to handle multiple tasks
Culinary skills
Minimum of 1 years kitchen management or 2 years supervisor experience.
Technical skills preferred - Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
