Position Description:
You are the first person to greet our guests when they enter the facility and the last person to speak to our guests when the leave, on the phone and in person! Your responsibilities include answering phones, managing the flow of traffic into the building, checking IDs, and ensuring all guests entering our property meet the age and dress code requirements. You also may be called upon to protect our employees and guests

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Extend a sincere, welcoming greeting as guests enter the facility
• Attentively oversee area of responsibility (including outdoors and parking lot) to proactively detect issues
• Maintain free flow of all walkways
• Open doors for guests and direct them to appropriate areas
• Address all guest questions and concerns accurately
• Make connections with guests waiting in line
• Keep outside and lobby area free of debris and clutter
• Assist with enforcing alcohol management policy

Job Requirements:

• Must be willing to work a variety or day, evening, and weekend shifts
• Must be extremely friendly and personable
• Ability to work under pressure while multi tasking
