STORE MANAGER
Responsible for the sales, profitability, appearance, and overall 
operations of the store. Objectives are to show consistent sales growth, 
ensure store projects proper O’Reilly image, operates as a profit 
center, and follows policies and procedures to ensure company is 
operating as economically and efficiently as possible.

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
Support store manager in the areas of sales, customer service, store 
appearance and store operations. Manage store during store manager 
absence and/or when working opposing shifts.

RETAIL SERVICE SPECIALIST
Support evening/weekend shift assistant store manager in areas of 
sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. Assume shift 
management responsibilities in absence of assistant manager on duty.

INSTALLER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Experienced and technical parts specialist who services the majority of 
installer accounts through the CLASS: installer counter.

DELIVERY SPECIALIST
Provide superior customer service through the safe and efficient 
delivery of parts/products to professional installer customers using a 
company provided vehicle.

PARTS SPECIALIST
Provide retail and professional installer customers with a high level 
of customer service. Support management in the accomplishment of 
assigned tasks including maintaining inventory control and store 
appearance.

We are looking for both full-time and part-time employees.
The full-time positions will work 40 hours a week; part-time positions 
are 24-28 hours per week.

Job Requirements


STORE MANAGER
REQUIRED: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, 
Manager Development Program module. Strong communication skills, verbal 
and written. Positive interaction with people. Must be organized and 
able to set priorities and manage time. Knowledge of automotive parts, 
equipment, and systems.
DESIRED: ASE certification.

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
REQUIRED: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, 
RSS Certification.
DESIRED: ASE Certification

RETAIL SERVICE SPECIALIST
REQUIRED: Friendly positive attitude. RSS certification.
DESIRED: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts. Automotive 
systems and repair knowledge.
ASE certification.

INSTALLER SERVICE SPECIALIST
REQUIRED: Leading technical parts specialist, good background in 
mechanics. Above average communication skills.
DESIRED: Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs. ASE Certification.

DELIVERY SPECIALIST
REQUIRED: Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Good 
interpersonal communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and 
effectively to changing delivery situations. Driving record must meet 
the standard set in the company's 14/18 point record system.
DESIRED: Familiar with automotive parts. Ability to drive a manual 
transmission vehicle. Ability to operate other light store equipment.

PARTS SPECIALIST
REQUIRED: Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Ability to 
provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service. Must be 
able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at 
the same time.
DESIRED: Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index 
system, and automotive sales or service. ASE certification.
